These are the terms on which Ramo Pro Cycling sells everything on this website — bike hire, guided tours, workshop bookings, coaching sessions, coaching memberships and route files. Placing an order means you accept them.

Last updated 14 September 2026.

1.Who you are dealing with

Ramo Pro Cycling is the trading name of Ramo Pro Cycling Ltd, VAT number CY10434134H. 285 Protaras Avenue, Nichropa Court 4, Shop 4, 5291 Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus.

Telephone +357 97 941 140 · email [email protected]. The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00–13:30, and closed on Sunday.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Ramo Pro Cycling; “you” means the person placing the order.

2.These terms, and the rental waiver

Bike hire is also governed by our bike rental terms and waiver, which you accept separately when you add a hire to your basket. That document covers the condition of the bike, the cash deposit, damage, theft and the rules of the road. Where it and this page cover the same ground, the waiver applies to the hire.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

3.Orders, prices and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. There is a contract between us when we confirm the order by email, not when you pay.
  • The price is the one shown on the product page when you order, repeated in your order confirmation. Prices include VAT where it applies.
  • If we spot an obvious pricing error before we confirm, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the right price or cancel it for a full refund.
  • We may decline an order — for example if a bike, a place on a tour or a workshop slot is no longer available. If we do, we refund anything you have paid in full.
  • Where a booking is taken with a part payment, the balance is due as stated on the product page and in your confirmation.

4.Bike hire

  • Hires are booked for whole days, subject to a minimum hire period shown on the booking form.
  • Bikes are handed over and returned Monday to Saturday. A hire may run across a Sunday, but no handover or return happens on a Sunday.
  • A refundable cash deposit is taken when you collect the bike. It is not charged online and is not part of the hire price. The amount, and what can be deducted from it, are set out in the rental terms and waiver.
  • Delivery and collection are available to the towns listed on the booking form, at the price and within the time window shown there. Delivery is charged per journey, not per day.
  • What comes with the bike is listed on the product page. Anything not listed is not included.
  • You must be able to ride a multi-speed bicycle competently. We do not give riding instruction.

5.Guided tours

  • Tours run on set days and start times, shown on the product page.
  • Each tour needs a minimum number of riders, shown when you book. If that minimum is not reached, we may cancel the departure — in which case you choose a full refund or a place on another date.
  • We may cancel or change a route for weather, road conditions or safety. If we cancel, you get the same choice: a full refund or another date.
  • You ride under your own responsibility and must follow the rules of the road. Helmets are required.

6.Workshop

  • A workshop booking reserves time, not a fixed price for the work. We tell you what a job will cost before we do it.
  • If we find further work while the bike is with us, we will contact you and wait for your go-ahead.
  • Please collect your bike within 30 days of us telling you it is ready.

7.Coaching sessions and blocks

  • A session booking reserves a specific time with the coach. Sessions are held at the times offered on the booking form, which are not the same as the shop’s opening hours.
  • Before you can book a session or a block, you complete a short health screening. It is part of the booking, and we may decline or postpone a booking on the basis of it.
  • Move or cancel a session at least 24 hours before it starts and we will rebook it. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up, the session is used.
  • If the coach has to move a session, you may rebook it or have that session refunded.

8.Coaching memberships

Memberships are recurring subscriptions. What each one includes is set out on the coaching page and on that membership’s own product page — that description, not this page, is what you are buying.

  • You choose a billing term when you join: monthly, or a single payment covering a longer term. The term you choose is shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation.
  • Memberships renew automatically at the end of each term, at the same price, using the payment method you gave us, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the term you are already in, and you keep access until that term ends.
  • If a renewal payment fails we will retry it. If it keeps failing, your access is suspended.
  • We may change what a membership includes, or its price, with at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to you. If you do not want the change, cancel before it takes effect.
  • Training plans and nutrition plans written for you are for your own use. Please do not share or resell them.

9.The free trial

  • The trial is offered on one membership only, for the length shown when you start it, and one trial per person — ever.
  • We take your payment details when the trial starts, and we do not charge you during it.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid membership on the term you chose when you signed up, and the first payment is taken that day. The exact amount and date are shown before you start and repeated in your confirmation email.
  • It then renews like any other membership, as described above.
  • The trial gives you the platform. Downloadable files and messaging support are not part of it.
  • Cancel at any point during the trial from your account and you are not charged.

10.Route files

  • Buying a route gives you the full route on this site and its GPX and TCX files to download, for your own personal use.
  • Access is immediate. By buying, you ask us to give you access straight away and accept that this ends your right to withdraw from that purchase (see section 11).
  • Please do not redistribute, publish or resell the files.
  • A route is a record of a ride, not a guarantee of current road conditions. Check the road, the weather and your own fitness before you ride it.

11.Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from something bought online, without giving a reason. Three things we sell are outside that right, and the law says so:

  • Bookings for a specific date — bike hire, tours and coaching sessions are leisure services supplied on a date you choose, and the 14-day right does not apply to them. What applies instead is our cancellation policy, in section 12.
  • Route files — because you get them immediately and agree to that at the point of purchase (section 10).
  • A membership you have started using — if you ask us to start straight away and then withdraw within 14 days, we may charge you for the part you used.

Everything else — a membership you have not started, physical goods — carries the full 14-day right. Tell us at [email protected] and we will refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back or of you telling us, whichever applies.

None of this affects your legal rights if something we sold you is faulty or not as described.

12.Changing or cancelling a booking

  • Cancel a hire or a tour more than 72 hours before it starts and we will issue a credit for the full amount, valid against a future booking.
  • Inside 72 hours, or if you do not turn up, the booking is charged.
  • Credits are not exchanged for cash.
  • If we cancel — weather, safety, a tour minimum not being met, anything on our side — you choose a full refund or another date. That is a refund, not a credit.
  • Coaching sessions follow section 7; memberships follow section 8.

13.Health and fitness

Coaching, training plans and nutrition plans are general fitness guidance. They are not medical advice and they do not replace it.

  • Talk to a doctor before starting or changing how you train, especially if you have a condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are coming back from injury.
  • The health information you give us has to be complete and accurate. We plan around it, and we can only plan around what you tell us.
  • Tell us if your health changes while you are training with us.
  • Stop and get medical help if you feel unwell while training. Cycling and endurance training carry real risks, including injury, and you take part accepting those risks.

14.Your information

What we collect and why is in our privacy policy. Health information you give us for coaching is treated as sensitive personal data: it is used to plan and deliver your coaching and for nothing else, it is not published or shared, and you can ask to see it, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].

15.What we are and are not responsible for

  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
  • We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
  • We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by you not following these terms, the rental waiver, the rules of the road or our instructions.
  • Except where the law says otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
  • Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

16.If something goes wrong

Tell us first — [email protected] or +357 97 941 140. Most things are quicker to fix than to argue about, and we would rather hear it from you than read it.

If we cannot settle it between us, EU consumers can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

17.General

  • We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
  • If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
  • These terms are governed by Cypriot law, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
