IMPORTANT: By making a reservation and paying the deposit or any amount for the bike rental and associated services, you accept all the terms and conditions listed below. These conditions apply to you and anyone who uses the rented bicycle. Ramo Pro Cycling Cyprus Policy DO NOT support Refunds due to cancellation for any reasons. Please read carefully.
Ramo Pro Cycling is responsible for all rental arrangements and services provided.
Rental conditions
- The bicycles provided for rent are in good condition, but you use them at your own risk.
- You must immediately inform Ramo Pro Cycling of any issues with the bike.
- There will be no instruction on how to use the bike and you must have experience with multi-speed bicycles.
- Ramo Pro Cycling may replace the bicycle with a similar one if necessary.
- They also have the right to refuse to rent a bike or continue to rent a bike due to circumstances beyond their control.
- You must return the bike at the end of the rental agreement in clean, undamaged condition with no punctures or any other damage from misuse.
- You must follow the national rules of the road when using the bicycle, including wearing a helmet, using auditory signals instead of bells, and not cycling under the influence of alcohol or while using a cellular phone. You are responsible for any fines or impoundment costs incurred by violating these rules.
What you agree to when you book
Ticking the box on the booking form accepts all of the following, for you and for anyone who rides the bike.
- I confirm that I and anyone who will use the rented bicycle have experience using multi-speed bicycles, and I have checked the bike’s perfect working condition before renting.
- I will notify Ramo Pro Cycling immediately of any malfunctions or breakages and will return the bike personally or make written arrangements for its return.
- I provide Ramo Pro Cycling with a refundable deposit of €100 in cash. I authorize them to charge me for any damages to the bicycle during my rental period, including labor costs. If the bike is stolen, I will reimburse Ramo Pro Cycling for the original purchase price of the bike and any accessories provided.
- I agree that Ramo Pro Cycling is not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage, loss, delay, or change of itinerary caused by any direct or supplemental carrier or person providing these services. Ramo Pro Cycling is not responsible for any injuries, death, damage, loss, or delay in any means of transportation or events beyond their control.
- I understand that all members of my party must wear a helmet while cycling and must follow the national rules of the road, including not cycling under the influence of alcohol or while using a cellular phone and cycling at night-time is prohibited. I am responsible for any fines, fees, or bicycle impoundment costs incurred by violating these rules.
- Bike must be returned as received clean, dry and functional or face extra charges.
- Extra tube is €10.
The deposit
The €100 deposit is refundable and is taken in cash when you collect the bike — it is not charged online and is not part of the rental price. It comes back to you when the bike does, in the condition described above.
