“I am a 67 year old man who has suffered with diabetes and high blood pressure for years. I have also been very overweight. I always dismissed the suggestion of a personal trainer as a waste of time and money.
When I began with Coach Ramo I was 119.5 kilos. After 12 weeks I was 109 kilos and now a further two weeks on I am down to 107.5 kilos. Not only that, my latest blood test result put me in the category of pre-diabetic. I have energy, going for walks is a pleasure instead of a pain, and I have even bought a bike. When we started I couldn’t do one push up, now I can do 18. I even took part in a 5k run.
Ramo takes time to get to know your strengths and weaknesses and prepares a program that is long term and sustainable. He pushes you a little further than you think you can go but also knows when to stop. And he cares.”
