Description
Forty-five minutes with Ramo, 1-to-1, built around what your body needs rather than what a programme says this week.
MTB · Road cycling · Gym · Swimming · Aerobic · Outdoor fitness. You choose which when you book, and you can choose something different next time.
On the bike
Position, pedalling, how you actually ride in a group, cornering and descending, or a hard effort done properly with someone watching. The road around Paralimni gives you flat, rolling and exposed within a few kilometres, so a session is built around whatever needs work rather than around what the terrain allows. Off-road is its own choice, because it is its own morning.
In the water
Technique, breathing, body position and sighting. The pool is where the drills happen; the sea is where they get tested. Open water is a different sport from a lane rope (chop, no line on the floor, no wall to push off), and if open water is the goal, some of the session happens in it.
On your feet
Strength and conditioning, functional and multi-directional movement, core work that means more than sit-ups, mobility where a restriction is costing you, and technique, which is usually what makes the rest work. The Ramo approach is outdoor-first (the coast, the boardwalk, the headland), because that is where movement has to work. The gym is a tool, used when it is the right one.
Recreation, sportive or competitive
You say which when you book. It is not a test and nothing is gated on it. It decides where the session is pitched, so that somebody training to feel well is not given a race warm-up and somebody with an event in six weeks is not given a gentle hour.
Who books this
People on holiday who want one good session rather than a block. Anyone with a specific thing to fix: a gear change that never feels right, a stroke that falls apart after 200 metres. People returning to exercise after a long gap. Athletes from another sport who need the strength half handled. And anyone who would rather try a coach once before committing to anything longer.
When they run
Early: 06:00, 07:00, 08:00 or 09:00, Monday to Saturday. That is the part of a Cyprus day worth training in, and it is before most people’s work rather than instead of it.
Pick your day and your time when you book. There is nothing to arrange afterwards. If you want several sessions across a few weeks, “Tailor Your Own” on the coaching page prices them as a block.
